This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Noruvahealth.com, operated by NoruvaHealth / Goods24store GbR.
1. Return Period
We accept eligible return requests within 14 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within the 14-day return period.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused;
- Unopened;
- Sealed;
- In its original packaging;
- In the same condition in which you received it.
Due to the nature of dietary supplement products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, unsealed, damaged, or partially consumed products unless required by applicable law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplement products;
- Products with broken seals;
- Products not in original condition;
- Products damaged due to customer handling;
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such;
- Gift cards, if offered;
- Any item returned after the 14-day return period.
4. How to Request a Return

- Your full name;
- The email address used for the order;
- The reason for the return;
- Photos of the item, if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from us.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
6. Inspection and Refund Approval
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, we may reject the return and no refund will be issued.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at NoruvaHealth@outlook.de and include photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
9. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may need to return the eligible item and place a new order.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If you want to cancel an order, contact us immediately at NoruvaHealth@outlook.de. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been submitted.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, we may deduct shipping costs and any related fees from any refund, where permitted by law.
